Escola FEU BJJ
This project works as a Martial Arts School, where high-performance athletes do their preparatory training for important championships such as the Brazilian, South American and World Championships at national and international levels. In return, the athletes teach martial arts, technology, religious studies and languages for free to children and teenagers in need in the region, in person and virtually, who want to learn and practice. In this way, we play an important role in the formation of society by teaching children to develop all their motor coordination, socialization, conduct, self-defense, emotional control, philosophical, ethical, moral and hierarchical principles of character formation, fundamental for a society developed with respect and compassion for human beings and their natural abilities, forming a society that is stronger physically, mentally and spiritually.
We work with a multidisciplinary team, providing professionals in the areas of physical education, health, nutrition, marketing, exact sciences and law, including teachers, doctors, physiotherapists, coaches, physical trainers, nutritionists, administrators, financiers, designers and many other professionals involved directly and indirectly on a voluntary basis. Today, they provide services to the 15 resident athletes, who undergo high-performance training 3 times a day from Monday to Friday and compete in championships on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to encouraging them to study and pursue academic education, they are housed in our residence, receiving basic food donations that aim to meet their needs for good professional development. Aiming to meet this need and encourage sports, in which these young people come from situations of emotional, family, social and economic instability, they seek an opportunity in professional sports. Our structure has a DOJO and ACCOMMODATION located at Madre Maria Vilac Street, No. 201 Bela Vista in Paulínia São Paulo Brazil ZIP Code 13.145-008. It has one of the largest TATAMES in Latin America, open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm every day with international visibility, with capacity to serve around 80 students per class. Next door is the athletes' accommodation with capacity for 30 athletes with bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, cafeteria, vegetable garden and carpentry shop at the athletes' disposal. Cleaning and food are prepared by the athletes themselves plus 3 teachers, 1 director, 1 manager, 1 administrative staff, 1 cook, 1 cleaner, 2 assistants. We serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.
We ask for your financial support, in the form of a donation, which will be converted into food, championship registration and whatever else is necessary to maintain the project.
